Versatile holiday accommodation for groups of up to 33 people with recreational fun all year round!
The two holiday homes offer ideal accommodation all year round for up to 33 people for holiday colonies, hiking and sports camps, school and project weeks, ski camps, snowshoe hikes or simply for holidays together. The houses offer 8 bedrooms (5×2, 1×5, 1×8, 1×9), a kitchen, several lounges, showers and a spacious terrace. The open pergola, boccia lane, outdoor table tennis table and sports field on the 9000 m² of land surrounding the houses are ideal for outdoor activities.
Main house
The upper main house (“New house”) offers 18 beds (single beds), divided into 4 rooms. There are 9 beds in the large dormitory and 5 beds in the veranda room. There are also two “teacher rooms” with 2 beds each. The upper house also has a kitchen with an electric cooker and dishwasher, several showers/washrooms, a large dining and recreation room, another recreation room with a “table football table” and a storeroom with a large fridge and freezer. In good weather, a spacious terrace serves as an extended lounge.
Lower house
The lower house (“Old house”) offers an additional 15 beds. In addition to the large dormitory with 8 beds, there is an attic room with 3 beds and two further rooms with 2 beds each. On the ground floor there is a large lounge with a sofa. In the basement there is a table tennis room and a drying room with a hot air blower. There are also several WCs and a shower room. There is only a kitchen in the upper house, which is why the lower house cannot be rented alone.
Surroundings
There is plenty of space around the houses for outdoor activities. On the 9000 m² of land surrounding the houses, there is an open pergola, a barbecue area, a boccia lane, an outdoor table tennis table and a sports field with handball goals. By arrangement with the property management, tents can also be pitched on the land.
